Issuing credits or other reinforcement according to the most relevant “soft skills”
It could be useful to develop a soft skills rating system. Once the soft skills have been identified for development, they can be listed on a score sheet, and next to the item can be several boxes that can be used for rating performance according to specific criteria. Periodic ratings can be dated so progress can be monitored over time. Herein is an example of such a rating form, followed by an example of proficiency/performance criteria.
