Happy birthday Ben. Being your dad has always been a privilege and a tremendous gift to me and that hasn’t changed at all in 30 years. Reflecting on you at 30, I am overflowing with pride, admiration and respect for what you have accomplished, for the wonderful person you are, and for the life you have created for yourself—rich in family, friendship, vocation, recreation, and full of opportunity.
